Mango Ginger Protein Smoothie.

Here’s a recipe for a refreshing protein smoothie that’s perfect for the summer:

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (Hung curd)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves

 

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, honey, and grated ginger.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the ice cubes, fresh mint leaves and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
